The property is conveniently located just 1/4 mile off of Hwy 27 in Barnes, WI.
If traveling north on Hwy 27 from Hayward, you'll note the "Welcome to Barnes" sign and shortly after you'll see a Boat Landing sign for the Middle Eau Claire Lake. Twin Bay Road is located approximately one mile further north of the Boat Landing. Take a right (East) on Twin Bay Road. The duplex is the first driveway on your left, approximately 1/4 mile from Hwy 27. NOTE: Twin Bay Road and E. Shore Rd appear to be the same road, just separated by Hwy 27. The road changes name depending on whether you are on the western Middle Eau Claire Lake side (then it's E. Shore Rd) or on the eastern Upper Eau Claire Lake side (Twin Bay Road). If you cross the Eau Claire River Bridge, see Outlet Bay Road or Jim's Bait, you have travelled too far north. We are south of the Eau Claire River.
If traveling south on Hwy 27 from Brule, the turn onto Twin Bay Road is going to be a left turn (East). Twin Bay Road is approximately one mile after Jim's Bait, gas and convenience store. Watch for the turn once you cross over the Eau Claire River bridge. It will be the second turn left after you go over the bridge. First, you'll see Outlet Bay Road and the next turn further south is Twin Bay Road.
